Users acknowledge that our outputs are strategic recommendations based on data models available at the time of analysis. We prioritize growth and system stability, but specific financial outcomes are subject to external market variables beyond the control of any analytical system.

• All intellectual property related to our proprietary growth models remains the sole property of PredictiveShift.
• Custom report delivery schedules are outlined in specific client engagement contracts.

The materials on the PredictiveShift website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall PredictiveShift or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if PredictiveShift has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Osaka.

PredictiveShift reserves the right to terminate your access to the site or our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
